The City of Westminster, Colorado seeks a Control Systems Engineer (SCADA) to maintain water and wastewater process control systems and associated computer networks. The role supports Plant Superintendents, staff, and contractors, ensuring reliable operation and timely responses to incidents.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting SCADA hardware and software, managing PLC programming, and coordinating with the Utilities Operations Division. On-call duties after hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems, Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain SCADA process control computer operating software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot control systems, electrical power failures, and instrumentation in water and wastewater facilities.
• Support on-call after hours, weekends, and holidays for emergencies.
• Coordinate with Plant Superintendents and Utilities staff to ensure system reliability and safety.
