The City of Hurst is seeking a Water Utilities Dispatcher to monitor and control the water production system via SCADA. You will manage radio communications, dispatch field crews, and help maintain water utility equipment and facilities.

This role requires the ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, overtime as needed.
• Experience with SCADA or radio communications preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitors and controls water production via SCADA system.
• Operates Public Works radio communications and logs activity.
• Maintains records for water storage, supply facilities, and reports.
• Disptaches personnel during emergency or non-emergency calls.
• Supports maintenance of water utility equipment and facilities.
• Works rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
