Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum eight years in a SCADA or leadership role.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT).
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI; cloud data architectures).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve OT data issues, data quality problems, and system integration challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a SCADA or team leadership role and experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, and related OT systems
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex OT data issues, including data quality problems, communication failures, and system integration challenges
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
• Demonstrates knowledge of network operations and telecommunications
• Possesses extensive SQL experience and capabilities
