Sodexo is seeking a SCA Senior Cook (Conformance) at MEDCOM-FORT RILEY. You will prepare nutritious dishes, supervise junior cooks, and keep customer service at the heart of every interaction.

With 4+ years of related experience and the ability to direct staff, you’ll work across varied shifts. The position is full-time with a pay range of $8.00–$31.23 per hour, supporting a diverse dining program.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Supervise SCA Cook IIs and possibly other lower-level positions.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs and client requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Supervise Service Contract Act (SCA) Cook IIs and possibly other lower-level positions.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
