Job summary

Sodexo, at USMC Garrison, is seeking a SCA Senior Cook (Conformance) to deliver nutritious dishes with a customer-service focus.

This full-time role requires 4+ years of related experience and the ability to lead staff, allocate resources, and work across multiple meal periods. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Supervise Service Contract Act (SCA) Cook IIs and possibly other lower-level positions.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
