Sodexo at Holloman AFB is seeking a SCA Cook II to join a collaborative food service team. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes and place customer service at the heart of every task.

Shifts vary with open availability preferred; employment can be full-time or part-time. Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience and a strong commitment to teamwork and safe food handling.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $17.80 per hour - $17.80 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
