Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II at USMC Garrison to prepare nutritious dishes and deliver strong customer service. You will work as part of a team, adapt to varying shifts, and support food waste reduction while maintaining a safe, healthy work environment.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience and a flexible, can-do attitude. In this position, you’ll prepare large quantities, manage multiple cooking methods, and contribute to quality meals for the client.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of foods by various cooking methods for meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
• Season and cook all cuts of meat, fish, and poultry; boil, steam, or fry vegetables; make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, pies, and stews.
• Attend shifts on time and maintain regular attendance; perform other duties as required by the account or client.
