Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II at USMC Garrison to prepare nutritious dishes while prioritizing customer service. You will work with a team to reduce waste and support a safe, positive dining environment on-site.

Responsibilities include cooking a variety of foods, managing portions, and maintaining quality. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adapting to site-specific requirements with access to benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities by various cooking methods for meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
• Season and cook meats, fish and poultry; boil, steam, or fry vegetables.
• Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, pies, fricassees, casseroles and stews.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with reliable attendance.
