Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to oversee SCA and other governmental obligations. The role collaborates with Operations, Legal, Carriers and consultants to build and refine compliant processes, onboard subcontract carriers, and maintain documentation.

It is an exempt, full-time position based at the Reno, NV corporate office. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in compliance or related fields, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, contract administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable owning a process and driving it forward through influence.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations, rate data, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to facilitate carrier onboarding calls and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Manage quarterly SCA acknowledgement cycle and track responses.
• Ensure on-time USPS SubK reporting and address non-compliance with Operations.
• Escalate unresolved issues and align compliance with changes in USPS requirements.
• Maintain audit trails for wage/hour inquiries and support external inquiries.
• Develop and refine SCA compliance SOPs as processes mature.
