Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Program Manager to oversee Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance, track flow-down processes, and ensure government obligations are met. The role partners with Operations, Legal, Carriers, and external consultants to refine the compliance workflow under the guidance of the Director, Compliance & Risk Management.

As an individual contributor, you will drive corrective actions, identify SCA-related gaps, and implement onboarding procedures

Qualifications

• Experience with compliance programs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive corrective actions and close flow-down gaps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations and Legal to ensure day-to-day SCA compliance and government obligations.
• Lead carrier onboarding coordination and acknowledgements to ensure subcontractor adherence.
