Job Summary: KBR is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant in support of the U.S. Navy /Air Force CYP CCTV with Access Control Lifecycle Support Service program.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist project manager with ongoing project administrative duties.
  • Update the web‑based maintenance management system preventative maintenance checklists, stakeholders' updates, and asset tracking.
  • Review team's travel expenses and timesheets for accuracy.
  • Provide backup for OCONUS travel submissions APACS /LOA requests and SPOT.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s degree in business or computer science or High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Four (4) years with degree or Eight (8) years with HS/GED; experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails. Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD.
  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously. No clearance. A successful candidate will be subject to a background investigation.
Scheduled Weekly Hours

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours. 8am-4pm or 9am 5pm
