Job summary

Fehrer Automotive North America is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities in Duncan, SC. The role focuses on continuous improvement, ensuring quality standards are met and production runs smoothly on the shop floor.

Education and/Or Experience

Employee must have working knowledge of manufacturing environment. The individual will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing activities with regard to continuous improvement. Must be self-motivated and possess well developed leadership skills.

  • High School Diploma/GED
Language Skills

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets basic instructions and required documents. Has the ability to respond and communicate complicated instruction and basic directions.

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions/general production information written and communicated in English
Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic mathematics.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Works as a team with fellow employees.
