Job summary

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active UK SC Clearance (essential).
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record managing complex, large-scale HR data migrations (Oracle Fusion landscapes advantageous).
• Delivery and Governance: Background establishing migration governance, source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Domain Experience: Experience in Defence or wider Public Sector environments with multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Data Security: Deep understanding of handling sensitive HR/people data under high-security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Define and execute the end-to-end HR data migration approach with milestones and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder and Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to agree on data requirements and migration assumptions.
• Data Mapping and Assurance: Oversee source-to-target data mapping, transformations, cleansing, and documentation.
• Validation and Reconciliation: Establish frameworks to verify migrated data accuracy, completeness and security.
• Risk and Governance Management: Identify risks, issues, and discrepancies; report progress to senior boards.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and governance standards for sensitive data throughout delivery.
• Future State Quality: Contribute to long-term data quality standards and governance frameworks.
