• Plans a program of study that meets student needs and state standards.
• Establishes clear objectives for classroom activities and communicates them.
• Uses varied instructional techniques and media suitable for the setting and students.
• Maintains effective classroom management for a positive learning environment.
• Supports the district's education philosophy and instructional goals.
• Protects students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
