Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a ServiceNow Software Asset Management Analyst focused on SBOM. You will manage SBOM collection, validation, and normalization, partnering with Architecture, Procurement, Risk, Cybersecurity and software vendors to enhance governance of software components.

You will analyze SBOM data, support governance initiatives, and develop metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement across the SAM program.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs).
• Working knowledge of SAM and software lifecycle management principles.
• Experience analyzing software inventory, installation, usage, license, and entitlement data.
• Knowledge of software discovery and normalization concepts.
• Understanding of licensing, entitlement, subscription, and compliance concepts.
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to correlate information across multiple technology data sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support SBOM program by defining processes, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Design SBOM processes and develop detailed requirements.
• Develop and execute testing and document defects.
• Collect, validate, and analyze SBOMs for software.
• Maintain visibility into commercial, open-source, and embedded components.
• Identify and normalize software components, publishers, products, versions, and dependencies.
• Integrate SBOM data with license and entitlement data.
• Aid in analysis of open-source components and governance initiatives.
• Develop SBOM metrics, dashboards, and audit evidence.
