Job summary

Main Line Health in Newtown Square, PA, seeks a SBO Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee Customer Service & Self-Pay teams, patient credits, and Office Support. You will ensure quality and compliance while analyzing performance and guiding productivity improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven monitoring using Epic Dashboard tools, cross-department coordination, and ongoing staff development to support accurate and timely revenue cycle workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as CRCS/AAHAM or CRCR/HFMA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff responsible for Customer Service & Self-Pay, Patient Credits and Office Support.
• Monitor quality performance and compliance for team members.
• Verify inbound/outbound extracts to bad debt vendors function as designed.
• Monitor aged accounts receivable and unresolved transactions across MLH departments.
• Optimize use of Epic Dashboard and Report Library to monitor trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assess staff productivity.

As a SBO Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will supervise staff responsible for Customer Service & Self-Pay, Patient Credits and Office Support. You will monitor quality performance and compliance for individual team members in accordance with Main Line operating guidelines. Responsibilities will include: verify both inbound and outbound extract files to bad debt vendors are functioning as designed, monitor aged accounts receivable to include unpaid transactions awaiting resolution from other MLH departments, optimize use of Epic Dashboard and Report Library to monitor trends, and conduct root cause analysis and assess staff productivity.
