Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a skilled professional to execute warehouse lending and ABS transactions across a wide range of asset classes. You will analyze collateral, build cash flow models, and prepare presentations for rating agencies.

You will create marketing materials, support deal pitches, and coordinate the rating process with internal teams and clients. The role involves reviewing legal documentation, multi-tasking across deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in securitization transactions across various asset classes.
• Experience creating client marketing materials.
• Strong data analysis and cash flow modeling skills.
• Experience reviewing legal documentation for securitization deals.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse lending and term ABS transactions for asset-backed securitization clients across commercial and nontraditional asset classes.
• Create client marketing materials and participate in deal pitches and diligence meetings.
• Conduct collateral analysis and run cash flow models to optimize capital structures.
• Prepare presentations for rating agencies and coordinate the rating process for warehouse lending and capital markets transactions.
• Create investor presentations and participate in roadshows and investor meetings.
• Review and comment on legal documentation for facilities and securitization transactions.
