Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000

Position Summary

The Corridor Business Consultant is responsible for providing consulting and workshop delivery to at community locations throughout the city. The Consultant will work directly with business owners on business stabilization and growth including business plan development, financial analysis, market research, business management, operations, and access to capital. The incumbent is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including regular follow-up and coordination of all activities on behalf of the client. This position will be the on-the-ground connector of target entrepreneurs to business services and resources within the Philadelphia ecosystem. The Consultant will be responsible for leading monthly and quarterly workshops on entrepreneurship and business planning topics.

This is a 12-month, grant-funded position with possibility of continued funding.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least 4 years of related experience in marketing
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
