001 Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an SBA Special Assets Manager to guide complex credits toward responsible resolution while preserving SBA guaranties and strengthening recoveries. You will set strategy from early warning through final resolution.

In this role you will lead workouts, coordinate with legal counsel and external partners, and report portfolio performance to risk leaders. A strong background in SBA/Commercial credit and negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SBA or commercial credit, loan workouts, or special assets.
• Experience supporting commercial loan servicing and collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
• Ability to balance complex negotiations with regulatory scrutiny.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate borrower viability, collateral coverage, guarantor support, risk ratings, and credit deterioration signs.
• Lead workout and recovery strategies including restructuring, forbearance, liquidation, settlements, legal actions.
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, appraisers, auctioneers, and internal stakeholders; maintain audit-ready files.
• Report portfolio performance and loss expectations.
