Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks an SBA Special Assets Manager to guide distressed credits from early intervention to final recovery. You will set strategy, coordinate with partners, and protect SBA guaranties while managing risk and recoveries.

You will lead negotiations, analyze complex financials, and ensure audit-ready documentation across SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and commercial portfolios with a focus on compliant, timely decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
• 4+ years of SBA or commercial credit, loan workouts, or special assets experience including SBA 7(a) servicing and liquidation.
• Experience supporting commercial loan servicing and collections.
• Apply SBA SOPs and commercial loan servicing requirements to protect guaranties and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Analyze financial statements, collateral positions, borrower viability, guarantor strength, and recovery options.
• Develop and execute workout plans with milestones, triggers, and documentation requirements.
• Lead complex negotiations coordinating legal counsel and third-party vendors.

• Evaluate borrower viability, collateral coverage, guarantor support, risk ratings, and signs of credit deterioration.
• Lead workout and recovery strategies including restructuring, forbearance, liquidation, settlements, and post-charge-off collections.
• Coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, appraisers, auctioneers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining audit-ready files.
• Report portfolio performance and loss expectations to leadership.
