Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with commercial loan closing requirements and processes with an emphasis on SBA preferred.
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares maintenance and servicing legal and credit files.
• Supports Portfolio Servicing Officers with processing draw requests, etc.
• Prepares ECM requests.
• Scans loan and credit files.
• Maintains servicing files.
• Assists with tickler items.
• Assists with organization of loan and credit files.
• Processes wire transfers.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees have risk management responsibilities per the risk program.
• Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is required.
