Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• Minimum 3 years of related loan servicing experience.
• SBA knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial statements/spreads and assesses credit quality.
• Documents loan files and reviews credit reports affecting repayment.
• Manages and services a portfolio of loans with decision-making authority.
• Elevates delinquent loans past due and coordinates with internal units.
• Generates collection letters and reconciles misapplied payments.
• Reviews collateral and documents servicing actions to mitigate exposure.
• Handles customer requests such as draws and borrowing base certificates.
• Oversees disbursement front-end activities and related duties.
• Supports Special Lending and aligns with risk management requirements.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and SBA guidelines.
