Job summary

First National Bank in Charlotte, NC is seeking an SBA Portfolio Servicing Associate to support Portfolio Servicing Officers and deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external customers. You will assist with processing draws, advances, payments, wire transfers, and gathering loan documents for audits.

Daily duties include scanning files, maintaining servicing records, and supporting SBA‑focused loan closing activities.

Position Title:

SBA Portfolio Servicing Associate

SBA Portfolio Servicing Manager

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for customer service for internal customers in the servicing area as well as external customers. The incumbent assists the Portfolio Servicing Officers with daily activities consisting of processing of draws, advances, payments, wire transfers, etc. and also assists with gathering loan documents and maintaining loan files, credit files and servicing files and gathering information for audits and clearing audit exceptions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares maintenance and servicing legal and credit files.
• Supports Portfolio Servicing Officers with processing draw requests, etc.
• Prepares ECM requests.
• Scans loan and credit files.
• Maintains servicing files.
• Assists with tickler items.
• Assists with organization of loan and credit files.
• Processes wire transfers.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
