Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for customer service for internal customers in the servicing area as well as external customers. The incumbent assists the Portfolio Servicing Officers with daily activities consisting of processing of draws, advances, payments, wire transfers, etc. and also assists with gathering loan documents and maintaining loan files, credit files and servicing files and gathering information for audits and clearing audit exceptions.

All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Primary Responsibilities
