Job summary

US104 Guidehouse Managed Services LLC is seeking a Loan Review Lead to support SBA OCRM by performing in-depth reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files. You will assess compliance with SBA requirements across origination, servicing and liquidation, document findings, and prepare risk-focused reports.

Role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SBA loan programs, and ability to work with lenders to resolve issues while maintaining strict data security and timeliness.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a federal Public Trust.
• Bachelor's Degree plus five years of SBA 7(a) and/or 504 loan experience OR nine years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum three years of experience supervising teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience reviewing loan files for compliance with regulatory and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files across origination, servicing, liquidation and targeted reviews.
• Document findings in structured work papers and loan file review reports.
• Analyze loan documentation and identify compliance issues or deficiencies.
• Coordinate with SBA lenders to clarify documentation and resolve deficiencies.
• Prepare clear, well-supported summaries and final loan file review reports.
