• Strong SBA loan processing knowledge and related documentation.
• Experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, entity documents, and supporting loan paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review SBA loan files for completeness, accuracy, and SBA SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with borrowers, Relationship Managers, Underwriters, Closers, and third parties to obtain required documentation.
• Prepare and maintain loan files for SBA 7(a), 504, and other government-guaranteed programs.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies and processing conditions in a timely manner.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions to support processing and funding.
