Lendistry is hiring a Closing Specialist II to support accurate funding and closing of small business loan transactions. This role collaborates with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to gather and review documents for SBA 7(a) and 504 programs.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple loan files, ensure compliance, and stay updated on SBA procedures. Travel may be required as part of the closing process.

Qualifications

• Experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loan closing requirements.
• Ability to interpret SBA guidelines and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple SBA loan files in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of loan closing documents.
• Coordinate with borrowers and internal teams to obtain SBA-required documents.
• Maintain loan files for SBA programs throughout closing lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies to ensure timely closing.
• Stay current with SBA policy updates and regulatory requirements.
