KeyBank is seeking an SBA Lead Service Officer to support SBA loan closings and proactively engage borrowers, coordinating with Relationship Managers to identify needs and navigate documentation requirements.

You will collect documents, manage the closing process, and collaborate with outside counsel, title/escrow officers, and internal teams to ensure timely funding and post-closing follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in financial services.
• General knowledge of Banking products and services.
• Basic Commercial Lending knowledge.
• Familiarity with SBA products and procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Windows/Office and Salesforce/Hogan tools.

Responsabilités

• Support SBA RMs by coordinating borrower needs and SBA loan closings.
• Gather required documents and manage loan closing documentation.
• Coordinate with counsel, title, escrow, and other partners for timely closings.
• Track exceptions and drive resolution to complete loan packages.
