Job summary

EagleBank is seeking an SBA Relationship Manager to develop new business and grow commercial client partnerships by delivering tailored SBA and banking solutions. The role requires underwriting, financial analysis, and collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and credit teams to drive transactions from prospecting through closing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent experience with SBA lending/portfolio management.
2 years SBA lending or portfolio management experience in a financial institution; underwriting and analysis experience preferred.
Understanding of financial analysis and SBA SOP; knowledge of bank policies.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and evaluate customer loan requests and provide recommendations.
Ensure origination processes comply with bank policies and SBA SOPs.
Develop new business across all bank product lines and review documents prior to closing.
Monitor portfolio credit quality and participate in loan closings and onboarding per SBA requirements.
Coordinate with PA/PM teams on loan origination and portfolio management as applicable.
