Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial lending experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial lending practices and credit analysis.
• Familiarity with SBA government guaranteed lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and solicit new business from present and prospective clients to increase revenue and profitability.
• Work with credit analysts to analyze applicants' credit history and repayment capabilities.
• Negotiate loan terms, costs, repayment methods, and collateral specifications.
• Negotiate interest rate structures in line with bank policies and market rates.
• Support relationship banking through ongoing client contact and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with businesses and referrals through professional and national networks.
