Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of commercial lending experience.
Knowledge of SBA lending policies and procedures.
Strong relationship management and business development sales skills.
Ability to structure loans to meet bank and borrower needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and solicit new business from present and prospective clients to increase revenue base and profitability.
Analyze credit history of applicants with credit analysts to determine repayment capabilities.
Negotiate credit terms, costs, repayment methods and collateral specifications.
Negotiate interest rate structures in line with bank policies and market rates.
Support relationship banking through ongoing client contact, service and product knowledge.
Build relationships with businesses and prospects through professional and national contacts and referrals.
