You'll play a key role in driving loan origination across the country, with one of the roles having a particular focus on helping establish a footprint in Southern Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Originate SBA 7(a) and 504 loans with a focus on $15M+ annual production
• Develop and manage your own pipeline, leveraging a strong internal support structure
• Act as a key market presence in Florida or other strategic regions
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and closing teams to move deals efficiently
• Operate independently while contributing to the overall success of the lending team

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record in SBA lending, especially SBA 7(a) loans
• Minimum $15M+ in annual production
• Strong existing book of business and ability to self-source opportunities
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in SBA or commercial lending

Desirable Experience:

• Based in Southern Florida or with strong ties to the region
• Broader commercial lending background alongside SBA expertise
• Familiarity with SBA processes, documentation and compliance
