Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in North Richland Hills, TX is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. You will help manage daily shop operations, ensure timely opening and closing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll support the store manager, monitor safety and cleanliness, train new employees, and help drive performance toward goals. This role comes with a monthly commission and bonus program, with opportunities for promotion as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
