Job summary

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Full Time Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the store manager.

You will supervise staff, onboard and train new employees, maintain safety standards, handle cash and inventory, and help drive performance through metrics and a responsive team. The role offers a monthly commission and bonus program and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing network.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
