Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Lancaster, SC is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help run daily operations, open/close on manager's days off, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role includes overseeing staff, training new employees, managing cash and inventory, and helping the store manager achieve performance targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service operations preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.

Responsibilities

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
