Qualifications

• Must wear steel-toe shoes, hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses on-site (MANDATORY).
• Stand for long periods, bend, twist, walk, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift 45–55 lbs regularly without restrictions.
• Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments, including inclement weather.
• Strict adherence to safety; follow attendance, performance, and work policies.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible swing schedules (including weekends).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of floors, equipment areas, workstations, break rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash, sawdust, debris, scrap wood, and waste from production areas and surrounding zones.
• Assist with cleaning restrooms, machinery, conveyors, pits, and surrounding equipment as directed.
• Maintain outdoor and indoor cleanliness, including walkways and loading zones.
• Handle, store, and dispose of cleaning materials and waste per policy.
• Report safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Support general mill operations as assigned based on workflow.
• Perform other duties if the department or line is down.
