Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in reliability, maintenance, or engineering within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of predictive technologies and continuous improvement methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM).
• CMMS experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve reliability processes, systems and tools to enhance mill and equipment reliability.
• Promote reliability culture and proactive maintenance.
• Lead development and analysis of reliability metrics and models.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to drive performance.
