Working as part of our operations team, you'll learn various aspects of sawmill production while developing the skills needed to grow into positions such as machine operator, mobile equipment operator, and other skilled roles.

CompetitivePay & Earning Potential

• Starting Pay: $19.14 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $28.65 per hour as you build skills, experience, and qualifications.


• Shift Differential: Additional$1.25 per hour


• Quarterly Performance Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Support daily sawmill operations and production activities.


• Maintain housekeeping and clean-up in assigned work areas.


• Assist with keeping lumber moving efficiently throughout the mill.
