Sawmill Production Team Member, Monticello, Arkansas

As a Sawmill Production Team Member in Monticello, Arkansas, you’ll play an important role in safely producing high-quality lumber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training, making it a great fit for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career.

As part of our operations team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the sawmill while developing the skills needed to grow into positions such as machine operator, mobile equipment operator, and other skilled roles.

Pay Range & Incentives

• Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings as you develop new skills and grow your experience.
• Quarterly Gainshare Bonus (performance based)

What You’ll Do

• Support daily sawmill operations and production activities.
