As a Sawmill Production Team Member in Preston, Georgia, you’ll play an important role in safely producing high-quality lumber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training, making it a great fit for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career.

As part of our operations team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the sawmill while developing the skills needed to grow into positions such as machine operator, mobile equipment operator, and other skilled roles.

Pay Range & Incentives

• Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour with opportunities for increased earnings as you develop new skills and grow your experience.
• Night Shift Premium
• Quarterly Gainshare Bonus (performance based)

Physical Requirements

• Walking, standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
