Interfor, a leading sawmill operator based in Preston, Georgia, seeks a motivated high school graduate to join our operations team. This hands-on role introduces you to lumber production in a safe, manufacturing setting, offering real-world experience in the sawmill.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits, PTO and opportunities for training and advancement. You’ll help with cleanup, ensure steady flow of lumber, and learn basic processes while supporting a collaborative workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Complete clean‑up and ground maintenance of assigned area.

Physical Requirements
