Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate round table equipment to support daily sawmill production.
• Sort, stack, band, and stage lumber according to grade and size specifications.
• Remove scrap, debris, and wood residuals from production areas.
• Monitor material flow and prevent jams or downtime.
• Use hand tools for strapping and tying lumber bundles.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Support other planer or mill departments as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
