Job summary

AHF is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Smoot, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining sawmill equipment, performing electrical repairs, and ensuring all equipment operates safely.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. Ideal candidates will be reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and possess a positive work history.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience in a similar work environment.
• Ability to work occasional overtime.
• Must be able to complete a background check and drug screening.
• Positive and Verifiable Work History.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform PM's for all sawmill equipment.
• Perform cutting, welding, and fabrication.
• Repair and installation of equipment.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs on industrial equipment.
• Complete facility and grounds maintenance.
