Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring a Saw Shop Operator in Nashville to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood used in pallet production. The role is on-site with first shift Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:00pm.

You will follow safety rules, communicate with plant management, and be prepared to work overtime as needed. Benefits include competitive pay, holiday pay, daily pay, and comprehensive insurance for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift about 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing preferred.
• Must have quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Must communicate effectively with plant management.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
