48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Cincinnati, OH to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood pallets for our manufacturing process.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, at USD 16.00 per hour, with overtime as needed; eligibility for benefits includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), referral bonuses, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management regularly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
