48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Northampton, PA to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood for pallet production. You will support the pallet manufacturing process and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

The role offers $18.00 per hour on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) with the possibility of overtime and a supportive team environment. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
