48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Northampton, PA to set up and operate power saws for cutting and trimming wood pallets. You will support the pallet manufacturing process and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This full-time role offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:30am) with competitive pay and benefits. Prior lumber or warehouse experience is preferred, and applicants must lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
