48forty Solutions, the leading pallet management company in North America, is hiring a Saw Shop Operator in Northampton, PA. You will set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation, supporting our pallet production process.

Expected hourly pay is $19.00, with 2nd shift hours and overtime opportunities. We value safety, reliability, and clear communication with plant management, and offer a path for long-term career advancement and benefits for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management on a regular basis.
• Be able to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs.
• Overtime may be required.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.
• Prior carpentry or related trades is a plus.

Responsibilities
