NOVAE LLC in Carbondale, PA is seeking a Saw Operator to join our Saw Shop team. You will cut and deliver material safely, read work orders, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, medical, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and weekly PTO.

This is a full-time, 10-hour shift role with potential overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 80 pounds, and be able to work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and machinery in the Saw Shop safely.
• Read and understand work orders, schedules, and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and inspect material.
• Handle, move, transport, and store material using cranes or carts.
• Report to work on time to support production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
