Job summary

Wyman-Gordon is seeking a Saw-Shear Operator - Level 01 for cross-training on 1st shift (5-6am) with ~2–6 weeks cross-training, then move to 2nd shift (2-3pm). You will cut materials, set up equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain production logs.

Requires HS diploma and 1+ year experience; cross-training and growth opportunities included. Compensation details include a standard benefits package with PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Able to communicate effectively before groups or employees.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and perform duties ethically and professionally.
• Read job travelers for specs and dimensions.
• Operate equipment to cut material and set up for different stock sizes.
• Document production logs and update job status in ERP.
